The Role

As a Door Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients, staff, and members of the public. This includes:

  • Managing entry and exit points

  • Conducting ID checks and ensuring compliance with venue policies

  • Handling incidents professionally and calmly

  • Providing a visible security presence

  • Delivering excellent customer service at all times

This role requires confidence, strong communication skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence

  • Have the legal right to work in the UK (documentation required if applicable)

  • Be well-presented, punctual, and professional

  • Have strong interpersonal and conflict management skills

  • Be reliable and able to work as part of a team

Previous experience in security or customer-facing roles is preferred but not essential.

Working Hours

  • Full-time: Approx. 40 hours per week

  • Part-time: Approx. 20 hours per week

  • Availability: Candidates must be flexible and available to work 7 days a week, including evenings and weekends
