We offer both full-time and part-time positions, with flexible opportunities across a range of sites including commercial, retail, and residential environments.

The Role

As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across assigned sites. Duties may include:

    • General cleaning of offices, communal areas, and facilities

    • Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces

    • Cleaning washrooms and replenishing supplies

    • Waste collection and disposal

    • Following health & safety and hygiene procedures

    • Ensuring all areas are clean, presentable, and well-maintained

    This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

Working Hours

  • Full-time: Approx. 40 hours per week

  • Part-time: Approx. 20 hours per week

  • Availability: Candidates must be flexible and available to work 7 days a week, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends where required

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Have the legal right to work in the UK (documentation required if applicable)

  • Be reliable, punctual, and professional

  • Have a strong eye for detail and cleanliness

  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team

  • Be physically capable of carrying out cleaning duties

Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential, as training can be provided.
