The Role
As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across assigned sites. Duties may include:
General cleaning of offices, communal areas, and facilities
Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces
Cleaning washrooms and replenishing supplies
Waste collection and disposal
Following health & safety and hygiene procedures
Ensuring all areas are clean, presentable, and well-maintained
This role requires attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
Working Hours
Full-time: Approx. 40 hours per week
Part-time: Approx. 20 hours per week
Availability: Candidates must be flexible and available to work 7 days a week, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends where required
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
Have the legal right to work in the UK (documentation required if applicable)
Be reliable, punctual, and professional
Have a strong eye for detail and cleanliness
Be able to work independently and as part of a team
Be physically capable of carrying out cleaning duties
Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential, as training can be provided.
